COVID-19 Update

Things are going to look a little different but we are so excited for all of you to see our brand NEW home. We are doing our best to maintain normal operations as much as possible.

Here's how things will work for this "new normal":
1. Store occupancy is limited to help maintain physical distancing.
2. When you enter, please sanitize your hands. Hand Sanitizing stations are available throughout the store.
3. We ask everyone to please limit touching products to what you are interested in buying.
4. Staff will be wearing masks but we promise we are smiling underneath. 

Can I pay with Gift Cards online?

We are unable to accept Gift Cards for online orders so please visit us in store if you wish to pay with a River & Trail Gift Card.

Return Policy

At River & Trail, we stand by the products and brands we sell and promote. If your purchase doesn’t turn out to be quite right, you can return your item within 14 days of purchase and receive a full refund. If you return your item within 30 days of purchase, we can offer an exchange or a store credit. Store credits can only be redeemed in store and not online. Returned items must be accompanied by the original receipt.All returned items must not have been used/worn/washed, the item needs to be in its original packaging with all labels/tags attached. Clearance items and special orders are FINAL sale.

 

Pickup & Shipping

We are currently offering In-store and Curbside Pickup. Shipping options within Canada are available and automatically applied at checkout. For oversized or heavy items, additional shipping charges may apply and we will contact you after your order has been placed, if needed.

Canadian Maritimes: $17.50+tax

Other Canadian Provinces: $20.00+tax

Canadian Territories: $30.00+tax

Please note fees incurred due to shipping are non-refundable.

Online Inventory

We are working hard to keep up with our inventory online but we have some items available in-store only so please give us a call or visit us if you don't see something you are looking for.

Special Orders

In the event you are looking for something that we don't have in stock, we may be able to order it - if it is available. Special orders require pre-payment and are final sale. Shipping is dependent on the item. Minimum order amount may apply.

Ski Tuning & Adjustments

We are currently offering ski tuning and adjustments. Drop off your skis for tuning (and 1 boot, if a DIN adjustment is required) anytime during our store hours.

Full Tune (wax & sharpen): $39.95+tax

Basework: Minor Repair $5+tax, Major Repair $10+tax, Extreme Repair TBD

Sharpen Only: $25+tax

Wax Only: $25+tax

Binding Mount (hard mount): $25+tax

Binding Mount (track): $15+tax

DIN Check/Adjustment: $10+tax
