COVID-19 Update

Things are going to look a little different but we are so excited for all of you to see our brand NEW home. We are doing our best to maintain normal operations as much as possible.

Here's how things will work for this "new normal":
1. Store occupancy is limited to help maintain physical distancing.
2. When you enter, please sanitize your hands. Hand Sanitizing stations are available throughout the store.
3. We ask everyone to please limit touching products to what you are interested in buying.
4. Staff will be wearing masks but we promise we are smiling underneath. 

Can I pay with Gift Cards online?

We are unable to accept Gift Cards for online orders so please visit us in store if you wish to pay with a River & Trail Gift Card.

Holiday Return Policy

Regular priced items purchased between Nov 5th, 2020 and Nov 26th, 2020 can be returned for refund within 14 days from date of purchase or by January 10th, 2021 for exchange or store credit only.

Regular priced items purchased between November 27th, 2020 and December 31st, 2020 can be returned for exchange or store credit only by January 10th, 2021.

  1. Items must not have been used/worn, and must be in original packaging with all labels attached.
  2. Clearance items and special orders are FINAL SALE. No exceptions.
  3. Store credits can only be redeemed in store and not online.
  4. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on the following items: Climbing gear (including shoes), Underwear, Bathing suits

Pickup & Shipping

We are currently offering In-store and Curbside Pickup. Shipping options within Canada are available and automatically applied at checkout. Some exceptions may apply and we will contact you after your order has been placed, if needed.

Canadian Maritimes: $17.50+tax

Other Canadian Provinces: $20.00+tax

Canadian Territories: $30.00+tax

Online Inventory

We are working hard to keep up with keeping our inventory online but we have some items available in-store only so please give us a call or visit us if you don't see something you are looking for.

Special Orders

In the event you are looking for something that we don't have in stock, we may be able to order it - if it is available. Special orders require pre-payment and are final sale. Shipping is dependent on the item. Minimum order amount may apply.

Ski tuning & Adjustments

We are currently offering ski tuning and adjustments. Drop off your skis for tuning (and 1 boot, if a DIN adjustment is required) anytime during our store hours.
