COVID-19 Update

Things are going to look a little different but we are so excited for all of you to see our brand NEW home. We are doing our best to maintain normal operations as much as possible.

Here's how things will work for this "new normal":
1. Store occupancy is limited to help maintain physical distancing.
2. When you enter, please sanitize your hands. Hand Sanitizing stations are available throughout the store.
3. We ask everyone to please limit touching products to what you are interested in buying.
4. Staff will be wearing masks but we promise we are smiling underneath. 

Can I pay with Gift Cards online?

We are unable to accept Gift Cards for online orders so please visit us in store if you wish to pay with a River & Trail Gift Card.

Returns

Items purchased can be returned for exchange, store credit or refund within 14 days of purchase or within 30 days for exchange or store credit only.

  1. Items must not have been used/worn and must be in original packaging with all labels attached.
  2. Clearance items and special orders are FINAL SALE.

Pickup & Shipping

We are currently offering In-store and Curbside Pickup. If you live outside of the Greater Saint John area, we will contact you to arrange for Shipping. Price is dependent on item and location.

Online Inventory

We are working hard to keep up with keeping our inventory online but until then, we have items available in-store only so please give us a call or visit us if you don't see something you are looking for.

Special Orders

In the event you are looking for something that we don't have in stock, we may be able to order it - if it is available. Special orders require pre-payment and are final sale. Shipping is dependent on the item. Minimum order amount may apply.
