IN-STORE PURCHASES
At River & Trail, we stand by the products and brands we sell and promote. If your purchase doesn’t turn out to be quite right, you can return your item* within 14 days of purchase, with the original paper receipt, and receive a refund. THE ORIGINAL PAPER RECEIPT MUST ACCOMPANY THE ITEMS BEING RETURNED, NO EXCEPTIONS.
If you return your item* within 30 days of purchase,with the original paper receipt, we can offer an exchange or a store credit. Store credits can only be redeemed in store and not online. THERE ARE NO CASH REFUNDS. Sales and promotions do not apply to previous purchases. Returned items* must be accompanied by the original receipt. All returned items must not have been used/worn/washed, the item* needs to be in its original packaging with all labels/tags attached. Clearance items, special orders and items notes below* are FINAL sale.
*Due to safety and sanitary reasons, the following items are final sale and not eligible for a return:
