Rice vermicelli, fresh vegetables, and grilled protein with a sweet-and-sour sauce. SLY backpacker meals are freeze-dried (not dehydrated) preserving their nutritional value, taste and appearance. Proudly made in Sainte-Agathe-des-Monts, Quebec.

Ingredients
• Rice Vermicelli, Pea Protein, Canola Oil, Carrot, Red Bell Pepper, Cucumber, Peanuts, Green Onion, Soy Sauce, Brown Sugar, Mushrooms, Rice Vinegar, Coriander, Mint, Garlic, Natural Flavour, Spices, Xanthan Gum.

Instructions
• Open the pack at the first tear mark, discard oxygen absorber sachet
• Pour 240ml of boiling water directly into the pack and mix well
• Remove air, close the pack, flip upside down and let sit for 15 minutes
• Open the pack at the second tear mark. Mix well and enjoy
