• Tomato paste, Penne pasta(Wheat), Canola oil, Soy protein, Carrots, Soy sauce, Onion, Brown sugar, Garlic, Spices, Nutritional yeast, Natural flavor

Instructions
• Open the pack at the first tear mark, discard oxygen absorber sachet
• Pour 300ml of boiling water directly into the pack and mix well
• Remove air, close the pack, flip upside down and let sit for 12 minutes
• Open the pack at the second tear mark. Mix well and enjoy
