Roasted sweet potatoes, fresh vegetables, and grilled protein, served with whole grain rice and a lime, cilantro, and chipotle sauce. SLY backpacker meals are freeze-dried (not dehydrated) preserving their nutritional value, taste and appearance. Proudly made in Sainte-Agathe-des-Monts, Quebec.

Ingredients
• Sweet potato, Brown rice, Corn, Pea protein, Canola oil, Tomato, Red bean, Lime juice, Onion, Cilantro, Brown sugar, Mushrooms, Sea salt, Spices, Xanthan gum.

Instructions
• Open the pack at the first tear mark, discard oxygen absorber sachet
• Pour 250ml of boiling water directly into the pack and mix well
• Remove air, close the pack, flip upside down and let sit for 12 minutes
• Open the pack at the second tear mark. Mix well and enjoy
