SLY Stroganoff

Creamy mushroom sauce with generous pieces of protein over a bed of tagliatelle. SLY backpacker meals are freeze-dried (not dehydrated) preserving their nutritional value, taste and appearance. Proudly made in Sainte-Agathe-des-Monts, Quebec.

Ingredients
• Pasta (wheat), Mushrooms, Onion, Pea protein, Canola oil, White wine, Oat, Garlic, Sea salt, Natural flavour, Modified starch, Spices.

Instructions
• Open the pack at the first tear mark, discard oxygen absorber sachet
• Pour 270ml of boiling water directly into the pack and mix well
• Remove air, close the pack, flip upside down and let sit for 12 minutes
• Open the pack at the second tear mark. Mix well and enjoy
