Warm Feet are Happy Feet

The temperature keeps dropping which means our toes are getting chilly. Insulated boots and socks can work wonders for most of us, on most occasions, but there are times when we need more. Enter winter insoles and heated socks!

We carry 3 different types of winter insoles and 1 type of heated sock at River & Trail Outdoor Company:

  1. Sidas Winter Insoles
  2. Sidas 3FEET® Merino Insoles
  3. Blundstones Sheepskin Footbeds
  4. Thermic V2 Power UNI Heat Socks
Sidas Winter 3FEET® Insoles

These supportive insoles come with an aluminium film for insulation and gel foam for cushioning. They are available in 3 arch types: low, medium or high and are great for increasing the warmth and comfort in any boots: from Blundstones to hikers to ski boots.

Sidas 3FEET® Merino Insoles

Similar to the Winter Insoles, these can be worn in most shoes, as well as your ski boots. They are anatomical insoles with heel cushioning built for your specific arch type (Low, Mid or High) and will adapt to your foot. The top cover is a hybrid of synthetic fibres to increase durability, and merino wool to maintain odour reduction and temperature regulation.

Blundstones Sheepskin Footbeds

For those of us who live in our Blundstones once the fall hits, we can stretch our use into the winter months by adding their Sheepskin Footbeds. They are made with natural Merino Wool which retains heat and wicks moisture to keep your feet comfortable.

For even more warmth on those long and cold days spent outside, it may be a good option to consider heated socks from Thermic.

Thermic V2 Power UNI Heat Socks

The Thermic heated socks are designed for a perfect fit and a guaranteed long life. They have an easy attachment of batteries to the sock and washable up to 30°C. With cushioned reinforcement under the foot, they bring maximum comfort and improved heat circulation to your ski day.

With the right gear, winter is a dream! Get outside and stay outside by keeping your feet warm and happy when the snow falls.
